IMHO, at 2:30, it's already too long: you're absolutely lovely, no matter the length but with some faces, short hair looks the best. I'm rarely a big fan of the shaved head on women, but the zero suits you much better than before cutting it, that is obvious, but I'm partial : all women in my family are short haired for at least a century+ The REAL French bob needs an undercut, you NEED to clean shave it up to the occipital bone and at least 1-1.5 inch around the ears, and it's cut at ear-lobe length, in fact, back in the old days, little girls educated in French convents boarding schools were near all bobbed, the hair was cut at mid-ear level and mid forehead, then re-cut when the lobe of the ear or the eyebrows were reached... Anything under the bob's length was razor shaved, at least it was like that in my gran-gran's school.
